- ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using skinarcana.net, you acknowledge and confirm the following:
- You are at least 18 years old—or have reached the age of legal majority in your region—and are fully capable of entering into binding legal agreements.
- You may be required to undergo identity, age, or compliance verification procedures (including KYC). Providing misleading, falsified, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal or financial consequences.
- If you access the Platform on behalf of a business or legal entity, you warrant that you possess the authority to legally bind that entity to these Terms.
Jurisdictional Restrictions:

- OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
skinarcana.net provides a marketplace and digital environment for purchasing and selling gaming skins and other virtual in-game items delivered through Steam trade offers.
- Purchased items are transferred directly to the Steam account you have connected to our Platform.
- We do not produce or modify digital item designs; our role is strictly limited to facilitating their resale and delivery.
- Payments are processed exclusively through certified third-party processors. All financial transactions are handled in accordance with industry security standards.
- ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
- Access to user accounts is authenticated through Steam login.
- You agree to keep your information accurate and updated at all times.
- You bear full responsibility for protecting your login credentials and for any actions taken under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or demonstrate fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Placing an order signifies your acceptance of the price displayed at checkout, including taxes and applicable fees.
- Accepted payment options are shown during checkout (e.g., card payments, PayPal, or similar providers).
- Payments are securely processed through accredited third-party payment gateways; TRANSFORTUNALT LTD does not store or hold consumer funds.
- The use of unauthorized, stolen, or compromised payment instruments is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate cancellation and referral to the relevant authorities.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction (e.g., in cases of fraud risk or pricing inaccuracies).
- Pricing is expressed in EUR (€) and may change without prior notice.
- ITEM DELIVERY
- Once a payment is successfully verified, digital items will be issued to you via a Steam trade offer.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect trade URLs, Steam inventory restrictions, or user-side limitations.
- Although most orders are fulfilled within seven days, technical delays may extend delivery up to 14 days. Should such a delay arise, you may request a refund or alternate item at no additional charge.
User Responsibilities – You must ensure that:
- Your Steam trade URL is correct and fully functional.
- Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are properly activated when required.
- Your account is eligible for trading (no bans, restrictions, regional locks, or privacy settings preventing trade operations).
- SELLING ITEMS, MARKETPLACE RULES & PAYOUT CONDITIONS
If you choose to list and sell items on skinarcana.net, the following terms apply:
- Listing Requirements
- Items must be assigned to their proper category and will undergo a review process prior to approval.
- TRANSFORTUNALT LTD may reject listings deemed non-compliant, risky, or potentially fraudulent without prior explanation.
- Inventory Management
- Your items remain in your possession until sold.
- You are responsible for ensuring they are tradable and must complete delivery exactly as instructed. Non-compliance may result in restrictions on your account.
- Platform Commission
- A platform fee of 10% applies to every completed sale.
- Payout Policy
- Users must provide accurate payout details; verification checks may be required before funds are released.
- Payouts are executed through approved providers—TRANSFORTUNALT LTD does not directly supply payment services.
- Standard processing time is 3–7 business days after item delivery and confirmation. Delays may occur due to compliance or payment processor requirements.
- Payout requests are limited to the thresholds displayed on the Platform (minimum €10, maximum €5,000). These limits may be modified at our discretion.
- If a transaction is found to involve fraud, invalid items, or failed delivery, payout amounts may be reversed. Users will be notified of any such changes.
- A full payout history is accessible through your account dashboard.
- Users in restricted jurisdictions may not be eligible for payouts.
Sensitive payment and identity data is processed only by authorized payment providers and in compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Fraud & Compliance Monitoring
All marketplace activity is continuously reviewed for indicators of fraud, chargebacks, and regulatory breaches. TRANSFORTUNALT LTD may delay, withhold, or cancel payouts when suspicious behavior is identified, consistent with relevant laws.
- REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content delivered instantly after purchase is not subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By confirming your order, you expressly agree to immediate digital delivery and waive this right.
- Orders may only be cancelled before the payment is processed; contact support at info@skinarcana.net immediately.
- Purchases not yet completed on Steam may be eligible for cancellation following verification.
- Digital items delivered via Steam and accepted by the user are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds for undelivered or unaccepted items may be requested within 30 days.
- We reserve the right to investigate all refund claims and to refuse those tied to suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.
- All refunds are handled in line with consumer protection legislation.
- USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
You must not:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Submit false, forged, or incomplete information.
- Attempt to compromise the integrity, operation, or security of the Platform.
- Use bots, automated software, or scraping tools without our explicit written permission.
- Engage in any form of fraud, including unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or illicit item acquisition.
- Redistribute or resell items obtained through our Platform without authorization.
- Interfere with Platform operations in any technical or hostile manner.
Breaches may result in account suspension, permanent termination, withheld funds, and reporting to competent authorities.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All Platform content (text, logos, graphics, code, and related materials) is the property of TRANSFORTUNALT LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international IP laws.
- Dota2 assets and trademarks belong solely to Valve Corporation; we claim no ownership or official affiliation.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish Platform content without prior written authorization.
- DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected and processed. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.
- TRANSFORTUNALT LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR.
- Personal and payment data is processed securely and solely for purposes including order fulfillment, fraud prevention, compliance checks, and payout administration.
- Data may be shared with authorized partners strictly for operational and regulatory needs.
- You hold the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal information, as permitted by GDPR and relevant laws.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- While we strive for consistent and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, skinarcana.net disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation.
- We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party services such as Steam bans, API failures, or market fluctuations affecting item value or availability.
- INDEMNIFICATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TRANSFORTUNALT LTD harmless from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Violations of applicable laws,
- Fraudulent or abusive activity,
- Misuse of the Platform or its services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we believe your actions jeopardize the Platform or other users.
- AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Significant updates to these Terms will be communicated at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable payment-provider rules apply.
- You agree to attempt informal resolution with our support team before pursuing formal proceedings.
